Audit Director

After completing his masters’ degree in Mathematics at the University Of Manchester, David joined a top 10 national firm of business advisors on a training contract before qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2007.

David is responsible for the audit department at Sedulo as he is excited by the firm’s progressive nature and ambition and feels as though his current experience will assist in the growth of the business.

His target market place is the owner managed business sector and he has vast experience in dealing with clients ranging from £1m turnover up to £50m.

David sees the audit as a privileged opportunity to get inside your business and in understanding the current position is well placed to provide advice whether it is from an operational or taxation perspective. He does not see the audit as a once a year chore and feels as though being close to the client is very important in ensuring that both taxation and strategic opportunities’ are capitalised upon.

David lives with his partner Emma and has two young children, Adam 2 and Sophie-Mae 1, and he spends his spare time with his family and he enjoys both playing and watching football.
