Tax Manager

Kirsty is a CTA qualified tax adviser with over five year’s experience of working in tax.

Kirsty began her career at a ‘Big Four’ accountancy firm in 2005. She spent her time working in the Manchester, London and Offshore offices dealing primarily with High Net Worth Individuals. Kirsty’s clients ranged from entrepreneurs and lottery winners through to sports individuals and trusts. Whilst at the firm, she also gained experience of dealing with UK and Offshore companies, employer taxes and VAT.

Kirsty joined Sedulo in early 2009 in a more general, client facing tax role. Her day to day responsibilities vary from corporate tax and VAT work, to Private Client planning and providing tax advice on the many deals worked on by Sedulo. Kirsty mainly splits her time between dealing with entrepreneurial taxes and the Sedulo Sport offering, where she looks after the affairs of a number of sports professionals.

Since joining Sedulo, Kirsty has assisted a wide range of entrepreneurs and sports individuals in terms of their tax affairs, including tax compliance, tax planning and dispute resolution with HMRC.

Kirsty is also a Trustee for the childrens charity Five Stars Appeal.

In her spare time, Kirsty enjoy sports (sometimes extreme ones!), spending time with friends and family, and going to music concerts.
