At some stage, in a successful business, an element of corporate finance is usually required.

Sedulo offers consultancy in all areas of purchasing or disposing of businesses. We advised on the sale (c£14m) of Just Search Limited to the listed Swedish Plc; Getupdated Internet Marketing.

Our founding partner, Paul Cheetham, is currently on the board of Getupdated Internet Marketing AB a company listed on the Nasdaq OMX First North Premier in Sweden.

Sedulo have also been appointed on a number of deals whereby we have been asked to identify the viability of acquisitions and have performed due diligence on identified acquisitions on behalf of our clients.

More recently Sedulo Corporate Finance advised on an MBO in the telecommunications industry, a part disposal of a company in the coach hire business (c£1m) and a part disposal of a company within the telecoms sector (valuation c£2m).

Just recently Sedulo have advised on a number of transactions where there were shareholder

disagreements, which ultinately were resolved amicably and made sense commercially for all parties.
