Our founding partner, Paul Cheetham has been joined by Benn Longshaw as Corporate Finance Director and they have been responsible for a number of transactions varying from fundraising to the set-up of foreign subsidiaries alongside traditional deal-making.

More recently Sedulo Corporate Finance advised on transactions in numerous sectors including online, stationery, solar and fashion.

For a less dramatic but equally important corporate finance assignment our Financial Strategies service focuses more on re-financing and re-structuring of companies.

It is important to ensure that the structure of the company is correct to attract funding, Sedulo regularly work on the Group formation and structures to aid the likelihood of attracting finance. We ensure that they are legally accurate, make sense operationally and are flexible for future corporate transactions. We advise on International Group Structures in addition to UK based.

There are attractive tax breaks for attracting individuals wishing to re-invest and Sedulo has vast experience of registering companies under schemes such as the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
