Managing PartnerMatt is our Managing Partner in Leeds, and is responsible for the direction of Sedulo’s presence in Leeds, as well as overseeing the daily operations and championing the Sedulo culture in the office.
Matt is an experienced finance leader with over 20 years spent in practice across the globe at the likes of PwC, PKF and Mazars, and in industry across the manufacturing, distribution and FMCG sectors, including multiple transactions and external funding activities.
Matt’s notable work includes acquisition modelling and advice to a manufacturer, strategic corporate structure and succession planning for an independent insurance broker, transactional services to an independent insurance broker and FD services to the automotive market. a UK-based construction and dairy companies.
