The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join Sedulo Wealth Management within our fast-growing operation in the Mortgage Team The successful applicant will have current mortgages experience and be able to independently manage a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline management to support end to end processing targets
- Ensure all documents are assessed in line with internal manuals, policies, procedures and criteria as well as remaining compliant with all applicable regulatory guidelines
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers
- Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables
- Maintain up to date awareness of the current market, financial and regulatory requirements
- Telephone call handling
- Work closely with Lenders to ensure applications are progressed to outcome efficiently and accurately
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- You will have current mortgages experience and be able to independently manage a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications.
- Have an understanding of the regulatory landscape, DPA, Money Laundering, TCF, MCOB, Fraud aware
- Be Self-motivated and driven to achieve results with an excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and positive communicator, who is naturally organized.
- Ability to Identify and highlight potential issues and recommend solutions as appropriate
- Strong organisation skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a good level of productivity
- Have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
