The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join Sedulo Wealth Management within our fast-growing operation in the Mortgage Team The successful applicant will have current mortgages experience and be able to independently manage a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline management to support end to end processing targets
  • Ensure all documents are assessed in line with internal manuals, policies, procedures and criteria as well as remaining compliant with all applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers
  • Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables
  • Maintain up to date awareness of the current market, financial and regulatory requirements
  • Telephone call handling
  • Work closely with Lenders to ensure applications are progressed to outcome efficiently and accurately

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • You will have current mortgages experience and be able to independently manage a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications.
  • Have an understanding of the regulatory landscape, DPA, Money Laundering, TCF, MCOB, Fraud aware
  • Be Self-motivated and driven to achieve results with an excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive communicator, who is naturally organized.
  • Ability to Identify and highlight potential issues and recommend solutions as appropriate
  • Strong organisation skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a good level of productivity
  • Have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
