The opportunity & role

Role Purpose

To support the payroll services team deliver an accurate and timely payroll service to a growing list of payroll clients.

Role Objectives

  • Processing of basic payrolls- weekly, fortnightly, monthly
  • Administer P45/P46/ documents as necessary
  • Upload pension files to relevant provider
  • Take messages and complete all admin tasks requested
  • Maintain all files for payroll clients and ensure filing is kept up to date

What we're looking for

  • Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A keen interest in payroll procedures
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Analytical ability
