The opportunity & role
Role Purpose
To support the payroll services team deliver an accurate and timely payroll service to a growing list of payroll clients.
Role Objectives
- Processing of basic payrolls- weekly, fortnightly, monthly
- Administer P45/P46/ documents as necessary
- Upload pension files to relevant provider
- Take messages and complete all admin tasks requested
- Maintain all files for payroll clients and ensure filing is kept up to date
What we're looking for
- Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- A keen interest in payroll procedures
- Good time management and communication skills
- Analytical ability
