The Opportunity


As the largest and fastest growing accountancy firm in the North, we are on the lookout for a Head of People & Culture to come on board and be a part of our Elite 250. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and rewarding business which allows for creativity and dynamism.






The Role


Our Head of People & Culture will help support, grow and develop the Sedulo team by providing advice and guidance within the HR remit and offer support to the Shareholder and Management team.






What are we looking for?


As an experienced HR Professional, you will have an up to date knowledge of legislation and HR practice. You will be personable, assertive and have excellent organisational skills whilst being able to balance large volumes of work. Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or possess the equivalent experience.
