The Opportunity


Due to exceptional company growth and internal changes we are currently looking for an experienced Independent Financial Advisor who is seeking a new and exciting challenge. As part of one of the largest and fastest growing accountancy firms in the North, the position provides a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your own client base. We are looking someone who can bring their expertise to the Wealth Management team while continuing their professional development journey.






The Role


The role involves sourcing and establishing your own client leads before providing bespoke and independent financial advice, putting in place effective and robust financial plans. You will research the marketplace and recommend the most appropriate products and services available in line with our Centralised Investment Proposition (CIP), ensuring clients are informed of and understand those solutions that best meet their needs. You will be competent and confident advising business owners and individuals on pensions, investments and protection products. Authorisation to advise on more specialist products will be determined by the outcomes of the training and competence scheme and ongoing KPIs.






What are we looking for?


You will be a minimum of Level 4 diploma qualified with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. You will be capable of explaining complex information simply and clearly. Your networking skills will be second to none and you will be adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will have excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
