Lee Jones tackles the 100k Trans Pennine Challenge

On the 22nd June 2013, our Director of Business Services, Lee Jones, is taking on the Trans Pennine Challenge; a journey starting in Manchester and finishing up in Sheffield 100km later.

A personal challenge as well as an effort to do his bit to help those less fortunate, Lee will be raising money to go straight to our chosen charity, Once Upon A Smile, a respite charity offering support to families either suffering the loss of a child or have young children with a long term or terminal illness.

Lee has set himself a fund raising target of £1,000 to help this fantastic charity continue the work they are currently doing for families in the North West (as well as to give him that extra push when the kilometers start to take their toll). If you wish to make a donation towards the cause, please visit Lee’s JustGiving page or you can text “LEEJ84” and your amount (for example, LEEJ84 £10) to 70070. Any donations and messages of support will be greatly appreciated!
