How do you take your coffee?
Quite milky, no sugar although I’m not overly fussy if someone else is making it for me!
What has been your highlight/favorite thing about Sedulo so far?
Being able to move over to our People & Culture team. I’ve been given a great opportunity to change the direction of my career in an exciting business which I already enjoyed working for.
What makes Sedulo different?
The people and the drive and ambition of the business we’re clearly going places and it’s an exciting journey to be part of!
What is your biggest success or achievement so far here?
After a challenging year last year holding the fort of the P&C team on my own for several months coming into this year and starting to make changes such as overhauling a lot of our documentation and implementing things to help develop people across the business.
What is next in the pipeline for you and the People and Culture team?
As we are coming towards the end of appraisal season the next big focus for us is looking at the training and development opportunities for the team.
Do you have any top tips or mottos you live by?
You’ll never know you don’t like something until you give it a go….you might be surprised!
