Brought together by the same vision, This is Prime was founded by former apprentice finalist Neil Clough and Nicole Plinston, who both wanted to make sales a career of choice for the younger generation.
We’re a graduate recruitment and sales training business with a vision of changing the perception of sales, we’re different from our competitors because we train all our candidates before they get the job and also throughout their first year of employment.
Following initial year-on-year growth, This is Prime recognised there was a need for a more strategic growth plan to fulfil their ambitions and were introduced to Sedulo’s High Growth team.
The High Growth service is aimed at providing more strategic support to businesses with potential, ensuring they have the right resources in place to manage rapid expansion.
It’s been a massive benefit bringing Sedulo into the business, helping us from a strategy point of view in regards to the high-growth side.
We’ve been able to grow and focus on the business and not be in the business from day-to-day. Then the finer things, our debtors, cash flow, all the things that make a business tick we’ve been able to not worry about and have it covered.
Now experiencing their most successful year to date, This is Prime has offices in both Manchester and London, have trained over 3,500 candidates and were recently crowned Sales Training Provider of the year at the BESMA awards.
We’re just looking at the third office opening now, so watch this space for that happening early next year. It’s a really exciting time of growth for us as we take it across the country, and it’s going to be exciting working with Sedulo going into 2020.
