Partner Program

At Sedulo, we recognise where we have a fast growing company we need to continue to grow the management team.

We have a partnership and share program for the team at management level and are proud that we have had team members progress from graduate trainee roles to partnership level within the firm.


WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAMME

We have been recognised for our participation in providing work experience placements to young people in the Work Experience Programme. We are heavily involved in providing valuable Work Experience placements for 14-19 year old students from local schools and colleges and with our support, together with Our Futures, over 3000 students this year have benefited.


Apprenticeships

Giving young people the opportunity to grow, thrive and showcase their talents is something we’re passionate about.

Since we began in 2009 apprentices have been a core part of our business, so much so that several of them now make up part of our senior management team. We currently work with apprenticeship providers in a variety of disciplines around Manchester and the surrounding areas and are proud to boast a 100% success rate of helping our apprentices through their qualifications.

On top of this our Head of HR, Elaine, has been awarded Supervisor of the Year with one of our providers, and we currently have no fewer that 5 apprentices amongst our team.
